You may notice after you’ve published your fundraising page that your tickets or donations are disabled. If that’s the case, you’ll get a message that says “Ticket purchases have not started yet for this fundraiser” (shown below) Don’t worry, it’s easy to fix it!

Follow these 3 easy steps to enable your payments and start fundraising 🙌

Step 1

Head to your settings section in the page builder, if your payments have been disabled you should see a red notification icon on the settings gear

Step 2

In the Admin category at the bottom of the settings fill out your required info such as Banking, Tax Receipting, and Organization Info

Step 3

Once those are done, hit the update button in the top right corner and your payments will be enabled!
