It's useful for decision-making, developing strategies to engage existing or new donors, and analyzing the amounts raised for each fundraising driver. ### **How to Download the All Transactions Export** 1. From your **Dashboard**, click **Results**. 2. Under **Results**, select **All Transactions**. 3. In the upper right, select your fundraiser from the dropdown. 4. Click **Export** beside the dropdown. 5. Select your date range, export format, and export options, then click **Confirm**. ![](https://help.trellis.org/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-08-2026-09-21-41-2338-PM.png?width=670&height=56&name=image-png-Jul-08-2026-09-21-41-2338-PM.png) ### **What's Included** The export includes: - **Online transactions**: checkouts made using Stripe and free checkouts - **Offline transactions**: checkouts marked as paid via an offline method (cash, cheque, offline credit card, other) **Please Note:** - Pledges that have not yet been processed (online or offline) do not appear in the Sales Breakdown, Checkout Overview, or Summary sheets. They only appear in the Pledges sheet. - **Pre-Seeded Donations** do not appear anywhere in the All Transactions Export. ### **All Transactions Export Sheets** The All Transactions Export includes the following sheets: - **Sales Breakdown Sheet**: Shows everything that was purchased on a separate line, with a breakdown of who purchased and the corresponding fees. - **Summary Sheet**: An aggregate summary of your fundraiser data. - **Checkout Overview Sheet**: Shows every checkout on a separate line. Use this sheet to see all checkouts made on your fundraiser. - **Event Ticket Sheet**: Shows every event ticket purchased, who purchased it, and who it's assigned to. - **Refunded Attendees**: Shows any attendees who have been refunded, and thus deleted from Trellis. - **Attendees**: Shows all valid attendees for your event. - **Donation Sheet**: Shows all donations made for your event, such as donation options and custom donations. - **Auction Sheet**: Shows all auction items that have been purchased. - **Item Sheet**: Shows all items that have been purchased. - **Raffle Sheet**: Shows all ERS raffle tickets purchased on your fundraiser (Canada only). - **Pledges Sheet**: Shows all pledges made on your fundraiser, both paid, unpaid and deleted. --- ### **Frequently Asked Questions** #### **Can I export a report that contains all fundraisers transactions within a date range?** At this time, you can only download the All Transaction report per fundraiser.
