Learn how to push back your auction's end time to keep bids coming in.

How to Extend Your Silent Auction

  1. Navigate to Silent & Live Auctions in your sidebar.
  2. Click Auction Settings.
  3. Update the End Date and End Time fields with your new end date and time.
  4. Click Save, then Publish Changes.
  5. Visit your live page to confirm the updated end time is showing correctly.

WARNING: You can only extend your silent auction before the original end date/time. Once the auction ends, bids are locked and winners are charged automatically. Be sure to make changes before it closes.
