In this article, we will help you extend your silent auction in just a few steps!
So you have a silent auction running and suddenly decide that you want to extend it to allow more bids to come in! No worries, because with our platform you can still do that!WARNING! You can only extend your silent auction if the end date is not yet reached. If your silent auction has already ended you can no longer extend it because all the highest bids were already charged so it is important that you decide and change this beforehand.
1. Go to your sidebar settings > Silent & Live Auction.
2. Select Auction Settings.
3. Under the settings, change the "When does your auction end?" and hit Save.
4. Make sure you hit Publish Changes.
5. Go to your live page and make sure you see that the changes were reflected.
There you go your silent auction end date/time is now extended!
