In this article, we will help you extend your silent auction in just a few steps!
So you have a silent auction running and decide to extend it to allow more bids to come in? No worries — with Trellis, you can easily adjust the end time as long as the auction hasn’t closed yet.WARNING: You can only extend your silent auction before the original end date/time. Once the auction ends, bids are locked and winners are charged automatically. Be sure to make changes before it closes.
How to extend your auction

Go to your sidebar settings and select Silent & Live Auction

Click on Auction Settings

Under the settings, update the “When does your auction end?” field

Click Save

Make sure to click Publish Changes

Visit your live page to confirm the changes have taken effect
That’s it! Your silent auction end date/time is now extended.
