How to Find Stripe vs. Offline Payment Totals

Learn how to break down your event revenue by payment method using the All Transactions Export.

After your event, you may need to reconcile funds collected online via Stripe against cash or card payments taken offline. The All Transactions Export includes a dedicated sheet that makes this easy to do.

How to Find Your Payment Breakdown

  1. From your Trellis dashboard, navigate to Exports.
  2. Download the All Transactions Export.
  3. Open the file and go to the Sales Breakdown sheet.
  4. Review the Payment Method, Location, and Payment Processor columns to see how each transaction was collected.
    • Stripe indicates online card payments processed through Trellis.
    • Cash or other values indicate payments collected offline via the Sales Entry System (SES).

Pro Tip: Filter or sort by the Payment Processor column to quickly calculate totals for each payment type.
