How to Request a Test Transaction Sync for Raiser's Edge NXT
Learn how to submit a request for our team to manually sync your test transactions into RE NXT.
Once your Raiser's Edge NXT integration is connected and your integration settings are configured, Trellis can sync your test transactions into RE NXT so you can verify the data looks right before turning on auto-sync. To request this, you'll submit a support request form and the Trellis team will handle the sync on the backend.
How to Request a Test Transaction Sync
- Run a few test transactions on your fundraiser so there is data ready to be synced into RE NXT.

Navigate to the Raiser's Edge NXT Support Request form.
- Provide your email.
- Describe the Issue: Indicate that you would like your test transactions synced
- Provide the fundraiser ID associated with the test transactions. This article goes over how to copy your fundraiser ID.
- Donors Email(s): Enter the email address of the donor(s) that you would like us to sync. If there are multiple donors, separate each email with a comma.
- Checkout ID(s): Enter the unique Checkout ID for the transaction(s) that you would like us to sync. If entering more than one, separate them with a comma.

Submitting Your Request: Once you have filled out all required fields, click the green Submit Request button at the bottom of the form. Please note, it may take up to 2 business days for our team to sync your transactions and reach out with an update or if we require any additional information.
Please Note: Make sure your RE NXT integration is fully connected and your integration settings have been configured before submitting your request.
