When donors create an account to bid or purchase tickets, you can choose whether they must provide a phone number. Making it required ensures you have contact info for all participants. ### How to Require a Phone Number 1. From your fundraiser builder, navigate to **Fundraiser Settings \> Account Settings** in the sidebar. 2. Scroll to the **Account Information** section. 3. Next to **Phone Number**, open the dropdown and select **Required**. 4. Click **Save**. **Heads Up!** This setting only applies to new accounts created after the change is saved.
