This quick article explains how emails from Trellis will appear in a donor's inbox.
Emails sent from Trellis include transactional emails (automatic based on certain triggers) and message campaign emails (sent by users from the dashboard).
When these emails are sent, here's how they will appear in a donor's inbox:

Note that if you are sending emails from the Messaging System, you can customize the Reply-To field.
