Recent Changes April 15, 2026

This article includes recent product changes we have made to make event fundraising easier.

Added

  • Can add custom text to generated event ticket PDFs, to add any additional description or context. 
  • Show if an auction item is silent or live from the list of auction items the auction builder, making it easier to identify item type.
  • Split out Donation Pledges and Item Pledges into two separate categories when customizing goals, thermometers and totalizers. This makes it easier to create a Fund-a-Need totalizer that includes Donation Pledges without Item Pledges.

Improved:

  • Removed the "giving" language from the purchase confirmation email to make it more applicable to other types of events
  • Hid the Promo/Passcode field from the checkout if there are none on the fundraiser, to reduce donor confusion
  • Increased character limit for site header button text
  • Moved the toggles to "send event ticket PDFs" and "skip assigning tickets" to the Event Ticket Settings section, to make these easier to find. Previously they were under Checkout Options
  • Updated the default donation options to use your organization logo, instead of stock images
  • Updated the Spouse Match Settings for the RE NXT integration to make the different options more clear
  • Updated the Auction Item export to now shows items in the same order as the builder, allowing this export to be used for auction item setup at the event.
  • Changed the menu in the top right corner of a fundraiser to now says “My Account” instead of the user’s name, making it easier for donors to click there to access important account information.
  • Removed the line “Your event ticket is attached to this email” to the email notification sent when someone is assigned a ticket, if the fundraiser has event ticket PDF generation turned off
  • Removed the second duplicate signature from tax receipts, so now only one appears below the thank you message

Coming Soon:

  • Added new offline transaction payment methods – Bank Transfer, Donor Advised Fund, and Debit, giving you more options to track payments

  • Add a way to reorder custom fields so they appear in the checkout in the same order as the builder

  • Add a paddle number merge tag to message campaigns
  • Make purchasers the hosts of participants in RE NXT, even if the purchaser is not an attendee (such as a company purchaser)
  • Increase image quality across the builder by reducing auto-compression
  • Allow editing and deleting of the fundraiser footer section that says "Organized By: Organization Name"
