What Guests Receive

  • Reassigned via the purchaser's account: the new guest is automatically emailed a confirmation email and an event ticket PDF, if the event PDF are enabled for your event.
  • Reassigned via the check-in tool: your organization can choose whether to send the confirmation email and event ticket PDF at the time of reassignment.
