The Trellis First Fundraiser Guarantee is designed to give new customers confidence when launching their first fundraiser on our platform.
If you meet the criteria below and are still unhappy with your fundraiser’s performance, we’ll work with you to make it right.
What the Guarantee Covers
The First Fundraiser Guarantee applies only to your first fundraiser on Trellis and is available to organizations that:

Are running their first-ever fundraiser on the Trellis platform

Have completed all five required touchpoints provided by Trellis
-
Are dissatisfied with the fundraiser’s performance, despite following best practices
This guarantee is intended to support customers who fully engage with the Trellis onboarding and guidance process but do not see the expected results.
Required Touch Points
To be eligible, your organization must complete all five Trellis touchpoints, which may include (but are not limited to):

Onboarding (1A Platform + 1B RE Integration)

Pre-Launch Check-In
-
Advanced Features Review
-
Pre-Event Check-In
-
Post-Event Debrief
Failure to complete all required touchpoints will make the fundraiser ineligible for the guarantee.
Notification Timeline
To qualify for the guarantee, you must:

Notify Trellis within 14 days of your first fundraiser concluding
-
Submit your request through our Product Engagement team with confirmation that all touchpoints were completed
Requests submitted after the 14-day window cannot be considered.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

Any fundraiser beyond your first Trellis fundraiser

Fundraisers that did not complete all five touchpoints
-
Requests submitted more than 14 days after fundraiser completion

Performance issues resulting from deviation from Trellis guidance or platform misuse
How to Request Review
To request a review under the First Fundraiser Guarantee:

Contact Product Engagement team within 14 days of your fundraiser ending

Reference the First Fundraiser Guarantee in your request

Be prepared to confirm completion of all five touch points
