    • Most raising between $5,000 - $20,000 per event
  • The catch all plan, works for everyone it's our most basic option
  • Organizations that only have one fundraiser throughout the year

How We Talk About It

  • This plan is called Always Free because it’s always free! There are no monthly costs, annual subscriptions, or contracts needed. And we only start charging your fees when you start making money. 
  • There is a 3.5% Trellis transaction fee on all transactions processed on the platform, and you also have a Stripe fee of 2.45% + $0.30 per transaction. We use Stripe as our payment processor, they are the global leading payment processor. 

Pro Plan

Fees

  • $3,588 annual fee (or $299 a month)
    • This is an annual fee, charged in a 1-time fee when they sign up for this plan. And they are committed to a full 12-month contract, we do not offer any shorter commitments. 
  • 1.5% Trellis transaction fee
  • 2.45% + $0.30 Stripe processing fee

How We Talk About It

  • This plan is called our Pro Plan and is perfect for organizations that have a signature event or a lot of fundraising throughout the year. 
  • You have a dedicated account manager to work with you throughout your entire experience with Trellis, and they’ll assist you with onboarding calls, check-in meetings, and a pre-event run-through so you feel really confident about how your event is going to go on the day. We do also offer Event Support if you have any challenges with Trellis during your event, but after all the meetings we’re going to have leading up to the event, this shouldn’t be the case. 
  • We charge an annual subscription fee of $299 a month, which works out to $3,588 for the year. 
  • There is a 1.5% Trellis transaction fee on all transactions processed on the platform, and you also have a Stripe fee of 2.45% + $0.30 per transaction. We use Stripe as our payment processor, they are the global leading payment processor. 
  • With this plan, we also offer some additional features like custom text messages, unlimited offline donations (which you will need for your paddle raise / fund-a-need), and can support additional payment options if needed.

  • We charge an onboarding fee to get you up and running on Trellis for your raffle at $500, (discounted to $250 for attending a call).  With that fee we make sure you’re set up for success on Trellis
  • There is an 8% Trellis transaction fee on all transactions processed on the platform, and you also have a Stripe fee of 2.45% + $0.30 per transaction. We use Stripe as our payment processor, they are the global leading payment processor. 
  • If you already know you’re going to do more than 1 raffle in the next 3 years, we recommend the 3 Year Unlimited Plan instead! 

3 Year Unlimited Plan

3 Year Unlimited with Support Plan

  • This plan is designed specifically for organizations that have a signature raffle for their organization, or feel like they need a more 1-1 support experience. With this plan, you're committing to using Trellis exclusively for all of your raffles and 50/50s for 3 years.  
  • There is a 6% Trellis transaction fee on all transactions processed on the platform, and as part of our support plan, there is a minimum Trellis fee charge of $7,500 over the course of your 3 years. If you don’t pay this much in fees, you’ll be charged the remainder at the end of your contract.
  • There is also a Stripe fee of 2.45% + $0.30 per transaction. We use Stripe as our payment processor, they are the global leading payment processor. 

How to Send an Invoice in Stripe

  • Add New Customer - add Name (Organization Name), email (main contact email)
  • Add Item - note if it is charged in CAD or USD
    • For Canada - Add a Default Tax - 5% 
    • For Demo ($250 discount) - Add Coupon
