How to Monitor your Event Ticket Sales

This article will help you monitor your event ticket inventory so you can avoid overselling and stay on top of capacity limits. Trellis makes it easy to view ticket sales in real time—saving you time and reducing manual tracking.

How to Monitor Your Event Ticket Sales

  1. Log in to your Trellis account and navigate to the Dashboard.
  2. In the left-hand panel, click Results.
  3. Select Overview.

  4. Under the Events Tickets heading on the right side, review:
    • The number of tickets sold for each ticket type
    • Total capacity for each ticket type and event
    • Total tickets sold to date

You can return to this section at any time to monitor sales and make real-time decisions about event availability and waitlist communication.
