How to Resend Event Ticket PDFs
Learn how to manually resend a PDF ticket to an attendee directly from your dashboard or the Check-In Tool.
Resending from the Dashboard
- From your dashboard, navigate to Results > All Transactions.
- Select your fundraiser from the dropdown in the top-right corner.
- Search for the attendee.
- Click the three-dot menu on the right side of their row.
- Select Resend PDF.

Resending from the Check-In Tool
- Open the Check-In Tool.
- Click Edit Attendee on the relevant ticket holder.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Check the Send confirmation and ticket to attendee checkbox.
- Click Save to trigger the email.

Note: You don't need to make any changes to the attendee's information — simply check the box and click Save.
