How to Submit a Raiser’s Edge NXT Support Request

Use this form if you encounter issues with transaction syncing, constituent matching, or integration features.

Submitting a Request

Step 1: Navigate to the Raiser's Edge NXT Support Request form.

Step 2. Provide Your Email

Step 3. Describe the Issue

Please be as specific as possible. Describe:

  • What exactly happened?

  • What did you expect to happen?

  • Any other relevant information.


Step 4. Enter Fundraiser ID

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to copy your Fundraiser ID.

Step 5. Transaction Details

To help us locate the specific transaction in question, please provide:

  • Donors Email(s): Enter the email address of the donor(s) associated with the issue. If there are multiple donors, separate each email with a comma.

  • Checkout ID(s): Enter the unique Checkout ID for the transaction(s). If entering more than one, separate them with a comma.

Step 6. Attach Any Relevant Screenshots

If your issue involves Constituent Matching, please upload a screenshot of the full constituent profile as it appears in Raiser’s Edge NXT. Any screenshots that can be provided are very helpful for the investigation.


Step 7: Submitting Your Request

Once you have filled out all required fields, click the green Submit Request button at the bottom of the form. Please note, it may take up to 2 business days for our team to investigate and reach out with an update or if we require any additional information.
