How to View Your Bidding History

Want to review the auction items you’ve bid on or donate your bid if you didn’t win? Here’s how you can do it from your Giving Account.

How to Access Your Bidding History

  • Log into your Giving Account.

  • Click your name in the top-right corner.

  • Select My Bidding History from the dropdown.

What You’ll See

On your Bidding History page, you'll be able to:

  • View Item Name, Type, Bid Amount, Bid Date, Bid Status, and Payment status.

  • Toggle Donate Bid if Lost? for any item you didn't win, allowing you to turn your bid into a donation to support the cause.

Why Donate Your Bid?

Donating your bid—even if you didn’t win—helps the charity raise more money and ensures your generous intent still supports the fundraiser.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I delete my bid?
No, donors cannot delete their own bids. If you made a bid in error or need it removed, please reach out to the silent auction organizer directly. Only the organization running the auction can remove a bid on your behalf.

Can I increase my bid after I’ve already placed one?
Yes, you can place a higher bid on an item as long as the auction is still open. You’ll find the item in your Bidding History or directly on the auction page.

Will I be notified if I’m outbid?
Yes, you'll receive an email and/or SMS notification (if enabled) when you’ve been outbid, so you have a chance to place a higher bid before the auction closes.

What happens if I win an item?
If you win an auction item, your linked payment method will be automatically charged after the auction ends. You'll receive an email with a receipt confirming your purchase.
