Note: Access to templated messages is only available on certain Trellis plans.
How to Find Templated Message Campaigns
- Log in to your Trellis account.
- Click Messaging in the left-side panel.
- Click Create Campaign to get started.
- From here, you can browse and select from all available templates.
Overview of all Templated Campaigns
- Reminder of Unpaid Carts - Send a payment reminder to attendees with unpaid purchasables in their cart.
- Reminder of Unpaid Pledges - Send a payment reminder to attendees with unpaid pledges in their cart.
- Event reminder Email - 2 Weeks - Send a reminder to attendees that a fundraiser is coming up in 2 weeks.
- Reminder to Assign Tickets - Send a reminder to ticket purchasers with unassigned tickets to assign them to their guests.
- Silent Auction Now Open - Send a notification to all fundraiser participants that the silent auction is now open for bidding.
- Auction Closing Reminder - Send a reminder to all fundraiser participants that the auction is about to close.
- Raffle Closing Reminder - Send a reminder to all fundraiser participants that the raffle is about to close.
- Auction Bidder Thank You - Send a message to all auction bidders with a thank you for participating.
- Raffle Ticket Thank You - Send a message to all raffle ticket purchasers with a thank you for participating.
Using these templates helps you stay organized, save time, and keep your donors informed throughout every stage of your campaign.
