These templates allow you to send key messages to donors effortlessly. Trellis offers templated campaigns to help you quickly communicate with your supporters at key moments. These pre-built messages make it easy to stay organized, save time, and keep donors engaged throughout your fundraiser. **Please Note:** Templated campaigns are only available to organizations on our Pro, Pro Plus and Enterprise plans. --- ### **How to Access Templated Campaigns** - Log in to your Trellis account - Click **Messaging** in the left-side panel - Click **Create Campaign** - Browse and select from the available templates ![](https://help.trellis.org/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-09-13%20at%203-50-21%20PM-png.png?width=400&height=499&name=Screenshot%202024-09-13%20at%203-50-21%20PM-png.png) --- ### **Overview of Available Templates** 1. **Reminder of Unpaid Carts** Send a payment reminder to attendees with unpaid purchasables in their cart. 2. **Reminder of Unpaid Pledges** Send a reminder to attendees with unpaid pledges. 3. **Event Reminder – 2 Weeks Out** Notify attendees that your fundraiser is happening in two weeks. 4. **Reminder to Assign Tickets** Remind ticket purchasers with unassigned tickets to assign them to their guests. 5. **Silent Auction Now Open** Announce that your silent auction is open for bidding. 6. **Auction Closing Reminder** Send a last call reminder that the auction is about to close. 7. **Raffle Closing Reminder** Notify participants that your raffle is closing soon. 8. **Auction Bidder Thank You** Thank all auction participants for bidding. 9. **Raffle Ticket Thank You** Thank everyone who purchased a raffle ticket. -
