Follow these steps to log in to your organization account and build your fundraiser.
Logging In to Your Dashboard
1. Go to app.trellis.org/login
2. Enter your email address and password on your account
- If you have been added as a user to your organization account, your password will be in your invitation email.
- If you've participated on a fundraiser before, use the same username and password you use to log in as a donor.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
The login page says "No account found"
This means that an account with that email address and password cannot be found.
Common causes:
- There is a typo in your email address or password. Please try typing your information again.
- You are using the incorrect email address to log in. You might want to try a general organization email instead of your direct email, or vice versa. Ex: info@[orgdomain].com vs [name]@[orgdomain].com.
- Your account is not linked to any organizations. If you are meant to have access to an organization, please contact your organization manager to gain access.
- You are a donor trying to log into the backend used by fundraiser managers. Please log in directly from the fundraiser where you would like to participate.
The login page says "An unexpected error occurred, please try again"
Please try refreshing your webpage , clearing your cookies and cache, or trying a different browser. If the issue persists, please contact support@trellis.org.
