This article walks you through how to access your Trellis Dashboard to manage your organization’s fundraisers.

Logging In to Your Dashboard
Follow these steps to log in as an organizer:

Go to app.trellis.org/login

Enter your email address and password

If you’ve been invited to join your organization’s Trellis account, you will receive a welcome email with a one-time login link.

If you’ve participated in a fundraiser before or are part of multiple organizations (e.g., a fundraising consultant), use your existing Trellis credentials

Or use Google to sign in if your email domain is hosted on Google
Note: You can no longer create organizations from the login page. If you're new to Trellis and need an account created for your organization, please reach out to support@trellis.org.
Note: Login links expire 6 hours after being sent, you can request a new link be sent by clicking resend link
Troubleshooting Common Issues
"No account found"
This message means Trellis can't find an account with the email and password you've entered.
Check for:

Typos in your email address or password

Using the wrong email (try both your personal and general org emails, like
info@
orname@
) -
Your account may not be linked to any organization — contact your org manager for access

You may be a donor trying to log into the organizer dashboard — donors should log in directly from the fundraiser page
"An unexpected error occurred, please try again"
Try the following:

Refresh the page

Clear your cookies and cache

Try a different browser
