[Reports & Exports](https://help.trellis.org/admin-reporting?hsLang=en#reports-exports) # Using Your Affiliate Link to Promote Your Fundraiser ## Track where your donors are coming from by creating unique affiliate links for each source. ### **How to Create an Affiliate Link** 1. From your Dashboard, click on the **Results** on the left-hand menu. 2. Click **Affiliates**. 3. Enter an **Affiliate Name** — this is the label for who or what you're tracking (e.g., "**Social Media**"). 5. Hit **Enter** and click **Submit**. 7. Your link is now created. Click the **chain icon** to copy the link. These factors include browser settings, such as enabling cookies, and the absence of plugins or apps from other affiliates that could interfere with tracking. ### **Viewing and Managing Your Affiliate Links** 1. To view **purchases** made through a specific link, click the **square with the diagonal arrow** to the right of that link. 2. To export a report of all affiliate links and their **total sales**, click the Export button next to the fundraiser name in the top-right area. 3. If your event is free, there's no revenue to capture, so those registrations won't appear in your affiliate attribution report.  ### **FAQ's** ##### **How many affiliate links can I create?** You can create one link for every person or source you want to track. ##### **Can I send an affiliate link directly to a raffle or fundraiser page?** No, affiliate links currently direct donors to your fundraisers main page.
