In this article, we will provide you with a guide on how to request auction items and sponsor bulk upload.

PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT NOTES BELOW:
1. Do not change the header titles or add any rows or columns other than your listings.
2. No other auction information can be automatically uploaded aside from the ones that are already on the template. If there's anything else you need to add, you will have to manually add that.
3. We do not do bulk uploads of images.
4. If your item description is a list of different items, please make sure that you use numbers or bullets to list the items down.
5. Sponsors can only be linked to one item.
6 Adding text formatting to your template will not reflect in the upload e.g. making text, bold, italic, hyperlinked, etc.

2. Strictly follow the format below while entering your data into the template. If you do not follow the format, your file will encounter an error and we will return your file for you to fix.

3. Save the file in the below format so we know which fundraiser to upload this file to.

4. Send it to support@trellis.org
Expect at least 1-2 business days for us to process your request.
