If you’ve enabled the waitlist feature for your event and tickets become available—due to cancellations, refunds, or added capacity—you can easily reach out to people on your waitlist to let them know.
How to Email Waitlisted Guests

From your Dashboard, go to Results > Waitlist

Use the dropdown menu to select the fundraiser you're managing

You’ll see a list of all individuals who signed up for the waitlist

Click on the email address of the person you want to contact
Your email client will open so you can send a custom message directly to them, inviting them to purchase a newly available ticket
This manual outreach gives you the flexibility to contact guests one by one and manage availability fairly.
When to Use This Feature

A ticket purchase is refunded and becomes available again

You’ve added additional seating or capacity to your event

You want to personally offer tickets to waitlisted supporters before going public
