How to contact your waitlist

In this article, you will learn how to manage and contact your wait list for newly available tickets for sale.

So you have enabled waitlist and now a ticket purchase was refunded and that ticket was returned back to the inventory or do you have additional seats now available? You can now email your waitlist and let them know that there are now available tickets for them. 

1. On your dashboard navigate to your results > waitlist. Select your fundraiser on the dropdown and you will see your waitlist when they sign up for it.


2. Click on their email link and your email should pop-up and you will be able to customize an email to that person directly to let them know that there's an available ticket for them to purchase if they want to.
