You can join the auction by visiting this link: [organizer will need to add URL]. Once you're there, you’ll be able to browse items, place bids, and stay updated throughout the event.
How do I bid on an item?
Click the “View and Bid” button next to any item you're interested in. If it's your first time bidding, you'll be prompted to enter your email and create a password to log in. You’ll also need to add a credit card before placing your first bid. Once you're set up, you’re free to bid on as many items as you'd like.
Can I bid anonymously?
Yes! After logging into your account, click your name in the top right corner, go to My Account, and check the box labeled Bid Anonymously. Your name will be hidden from public bidding activity, but your bid will still count like any other.
When do I pay for the items I win?
Payment is handled automatically. As soon as the auction ends, your card on file will be charged for any items you've won. You’ll receive a confirmation by email and text.
How will I know if I’ve been outbid?
You’ll receive an email each time someone places a higher bid on an item you’re watching. You can also turn on text or browser notifications for quicker updates.
How will I know if I’ve won?
When the auction closes, you’ll get an email letting you know whether or not you’ve won any items.
How will I know when the auction starts and ends?
If you've signed in before the auction begins, you’ll get an email when it opens and again when it closes. This way, you won’t miss a thing.
What happens if two people bid the same amount using automated bidding?
If two bidders set the same maximum amount using automated bidding, the person who set up their bid first will win. To increase your chances, we recommend setting your maximum bid early.
Are there any additional fees or taxes?
Option 1: There are no additional fees or taxes beyond your winning bid. The total amount you see is exactly what you’ll be charged at checkout.
Option 2: Yes, a processing fee will be applied at checkout, starting at x% and varying depending on your payment method.
