How to Access and Manage Your Giving Account

In this article, we will explain how you can access your giving account to manage your bidding history, event tickets(if applicable), payment methods, and profile information.

This also applies to when someone else bought you a ticket to an event.

 

Your giving account is your one-stop shop for participating in and supporting your fundraisers! Here are the top three perks of having a giving account!

2. Manage your payment methods 

3. Lets you participate seamlessly in the silent or live auction and view your bidding history

1. Easily Manage Your Event Tickets

On the top right corner upon login you can select "My Tickets". Click here to learn more!

2. Manage Your Payment Methods

On the top right corner of your upon login you can select "Payment Methods" to manage your payment methods. Take note that you will have to have at least one payment method and will not be able to delete all.

If you need all of your payment methods to be removed from our system please send an email request to support@trellis.org.

3. Participate and View your Bidding History

You may also view your bidding history by selecting "My Bidding History"!
