How to Log In to Your Account as a Donor or Bidder

In this article, we will explain how you can log in to your account to manage your bidding history, event tickets, payment methods, and profile information.

Having an account makes it easy to participate in fundraisers! Your account is where all your information is securely stored for bidding in the silent auction, attending events, and more. 

Benefits to having an account:

1. You can save a credit card for faster purchases
2. You can bid in the silent auction
3. Organizations can manage your information and add items to your cart on your behalf
4. Organizations can process payments on your behalf using a saved payment method

Please note that you are required to have an account to bid in a silent auction and participate in an event. Accounts are completely optional for raffle purchases, but recommended for faster purchases!

How to Log In to Your Account

1. Go to the fundraiser where you would like to participate. 

• You should receive the link directly from the organization you are looking to support. The URL will look something like: https://trellis.org/[fundraiser-name]

2. In the top right corner of the page, click Log In.

• Don't yet have an account? Click Sign Up instead.

3. Option 1: Enter your email address to send yourself a Login Link - no password required!

• For your security, login links can only be used once and expire after 6 hours.

4. Option 2: Click "Log In With Password" to enter your email address and password instead.

5. Option 3: If your account is under a gmail account, log in with Google

• This will open a new dialog to log in with Google.

How to Update Your Personal Information

1. Once you are logged in, click on your name in the top right corner.

2. Select "My Account"

3. Here you can change your contact information and mailing address, as well as update your notification settings or change your account password.

How to View Your Event Tickets

1. Once you are logged in, click on your name in the top right corner.

2. Select "My Tickets"

3. Here you will see all tickets you purchased, and all tickets that were assigned to you. 

How to Manage Your Payment Methods

1. Once you are logged in, click on your name in the top right corner.

2. Select "Payment Methods"

3. Here you can see any payment methods you currently have saved, and save a new one.

4. You can also edit an existing payment method or delete it from here.

How to View your Bidding History

1. Once you are logged in, click on your name in the top right corner.

2. Select "My Bidding History"

3. Here you can view all the bids you have placed in a silent auction on this fundraiser. You can also see any bids you have donated and enable/disable donations from here.

FAQ

Q: I can't log into my account, it says the email and password is incorrect

Here are are some ways to troubleshoot:

• Try an alternative email address or password
• Try logging in without a password (recommended)
• Click "forgot password" to reset the password on your account. 

Q: I never created an account, why do I have one?

Our system automatically creates accounts for all event attendees. This helps the fundraiser save your information in a secured way where you have access and can edit at any point. Accounts are also created automatically if you choose to "Save My Information" during checkout. 

Q: How do I delete my account?

If you do not want an account, you can delete it at any point. Click on your name in the top right corner, and select "My Account". Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Delete Account". We recommend you do not delete your account until after the fundraiser, to ensure organizations.
