In this article, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to delete your giving account. Deleting your giving account is a simple process that allows you to permanently remove any associated data including your payment methods.
1. Go to the fundraiser page you participated in and click Login in the top right corner.
2. Enter your giving account email and password then click Login.
3. At the top right corner click on your name and select My Account.
4. Scroll down to the bottom where you can click Delete Account.
5. You will be prompted with the below message. Click Confirm when ready.
If you have placed a bid on an ongoing auction, you will not be able to delete your account. In this case, you will receive the following message:
