How to Duplicate a Messaging Campaign

Duplicating a messaging campaign is a quick way to repurpose a successful past campaign while making small adjustments for new goals. Instead of rebuilding from scratch, you can copy any previously sent campaign and update the details as needed.

How to Duplicate a Messaging Campaign

  1. From the left sidebar, click Messaging.
  2. Click Sent to view all previously sent campaigns.
  3. Locate the campaign you want to duplicate and click the three-dot menu on the right side.
  4. Select Duplicate Campaign.
  5. Edit the campaign details and make any necessary updates before sending.
