Learn how to download printable item sheets with QR codes for your silent or live auction.

How to Generate and Download Your Auction Printouts

  1. Open your fundraiser's Builder.
  2. Open the left sidebar and navigate to Silent & Live Auctions.
  3. Click Download Auction Item PDFs.
  4. Wait for an email containing your download link — this may take a few minutes.
  5. Once the email arrives, click Download Export.
  6. Open the ZIP file to access your item sheets, then print as needed.
