How to Set Up Sales Notifications in Checkout

If you'd like to be BCC’d on all purchases — including event tickets, items, and more — Trellis makes it easy to receive notifications with full purchase details.

How to Enable Sales Notifications

  • Navigate to your fundraiser page

  • On the left side of the page, select Checkout Options

  • In the notification section, add the email address(es) you want to BCC

  • Press Enter after each email to ensure it’s saved

Once set up, you’ll receive an email notification for every purchase made through your fundraiser. Each notification includes:

  • Purchase details

  • A preview image of what the donor sees at checkout

To be BCC'd on all purchases made on your platform (event tickets, items, etc.), follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your fundraiser page.
  2. On the left side of the page, select Checkout Options.
  3. Add the email address(es) where you would like to be BCC'd for all purchase and checkout notifications. Please note: You must hit 'enter' to save the email address(es).

Once set up, you will receive an email notification for every purchase made through your fundraiser, which will include the purchase details and an image of what the donor sees at checkout.
