How to Set Up Sales Notifications for Checkouts

If you'd like to be BCC’d on all purchases — including event tickets, items, and more — Trellis makes it easy to receive notifications with full purchase details.

How to Enable Sales Notifications

  • Navigate to your fundraiser Builder

  • On the left side menu, select Checkout Options

  • Add the email address(es) you want to BCC under Purchase Confirmation Email Notifications.

  • Press Enter after each email to ensure it’s saved

  • Publish your fundraiser.

Once set up, you’ll receive an email notification for every purchase made through your fundraiser. Each notification includes:

  • Purchase details

  • A preview image of what the donor sees at checkout
