How to View and Edit a Checkout

Find a checkout, review, editing the purchaser or ticket holder information, resend email, process and refund and download attachments.

Steps to Access Checkout Information

  • Log in to your Trellis account.

  • From your dashboard, go to Results > All Transactions.

  • Ensure the correct fundraiser is selected in the top-right dropdown menu.

  • Locate the transaction you’d like to view or edit.

  • Click the icon at the far right of the row (you may need to scroll horizontally).

From here, you can:

  • Re-send the checkout email

  • Create a refund

  • Edit the purchaser's information

  • Download checkout attachments

 

Important Notes

  • You should only edit checkout details if the purchaser’s information is incorrect or incomplete.

  • Do not use this section to edit ticket holder info or reassign tickets. Instead, use the Check-In Tool in the Event and Sales Manager (ESM) to make ticket changes.
