Find a checkout, review, editing the purchaser or ticket holder information, resend email, process and refund and download attachments.
How to find a check out information.

From the Dashboard, click on Results > All Transactions (Checkouts)

Make sure the correct fundraiser is selected at the top right corner

Find the checkout to edit and click the icon button at the far right of the checkout (you may need to scroll the table).
From here you can re-send the check out email, you can create a refund or you can edit the purchaser's information and download the checkout attachments.
Please Note:
You should only edit the checkout information if something is incorrect or incomplete.
You should not edit ticket holder information or reassign tickets from this page. Please reassign tickets from the Check-In Tool in the Event and Sales Manager (ESM)
