Processing Time	4-5 weeks processing time assuming all documents are complete and no follow ups are needed by LGCA
Fees and Expenses	Licence fees are set by the LGCA and must be submitted as required. Only actual and reasonable expenses are allowed, and must not exceed 20% of gross anticipated revenue. Prizes, ticket printing, bank and payment processing charges and licence fees are not included in this 20% limit.

LGCA does not have a strict rule on who from the above can't join the draw so it is up to you as the organization to decide and specify this on your rules of play.
