How Fundraiser Purchases Appear on Your Bank Statement

This article will help you identify how those transactions are displayed.

Transactions from fundraisers you participate in will appear as a combination of the organization name and the fundraiser name, both truncated to fit standard bank formatting.

For example:

  • If the Organization Name is KCR Community Resources

  • and the Fundraiser Name is Christmas for a Cause

Your bank transaction might appear as:
KCR COMM RESO * CHRISTMAS FOR A

If you are ever unsure if a transaction is related to a fundraiser you participated in, reach out directly to the event organizer so they may look up your purchase.
