What happens when my silent auction closes?
Great question! With Trellis, we require a credit card to be added to a patron's account before they're able to bid. When your auction ends, we'll try to automatically charge every winner, this way you don't have to spend time reaching out to each of the winners and getting them to complete payment.
All that's left to do now is reconcile your numbers and setup pick-ups or delivery for the items!
Note: There is a small chance someone may not get automatically charged due to issues with their bank or credit card information. No worries! These people will still be able to pay for their item(s) by visiting your Auction page once more and completing payment in My Cart.
