How Payments Are Processed for Silent Auctions (Auction Autopay)

Learn more about what happens at the end of your silent auction and how payments are processed.

In order for a bidder to participate in the silent auction, they must sign up or log in and securely save a credit card to their account. When your auction ends, we'll automatically charge every winner! This process is called Auction Autopay. This saves you the task of reaching out to each winner and getting them to complete payment.

Once the auction closes, credit card processing begins immediately. Please make sure you check your auction close time as you cannot re-open an auction once it closes.

If there is an issue that prevents a credit card from being charged, the auction item will be added to their Cart and they will automatically be notified via our system to complete their purchase. All that's left to do now is reconcile your numbers and setup pick-ups or delivery for the items!

Please Note:

Our system does not allow you to disable auction auto-pay or send invoices to collect payment.
