Get Ready to Attend an In-Person Event

Complete these steps before the event to breeze through check-in and make purchases without pulling out your wallet

Step 1: Log in to your account

Open the fundraiser page on your mobile device and check the top right corner.

  • If you see your name, you're already logged in — you're all set.
  • If you see "Log in or Sign up," you'll need to sign in or create an account.

Already have an account? You likely do if you've previously purchased tickets, participated in a silent auction, or been assigned tickets through Trellis. Click Log in, or use Forgot Password if you're unsure of your credentials.

New to Trellis? Click Sign up to create your Giving Account.

Step 2: Complete your ticket information

If you purchased tickets, make sure all guest information is filled out and each ticket has been assigned. This helps the organization check you in quickly. Learn how to assign tickets to guests.

If tickets were assigned to you, confirm your ticket details are complete, including any questions from the organization (such as dietary restrictions). Learn how to view and edit your ticket.

Step 3: Save a payment method

Having a payment method saved lets you bid, donate, and make purchases at the event right from your phone — no card needed.

If you've previously made a purchase or participated in a silent auction on Trellis, a payment method is likely already on file.

To add or update one: go to your Account and select Payment Methods.


 

Once these three steps are done, you're all set for the event!
