How to Assign Event Tickets to Your Guests
Learn how to reassign tickets from your account so your guests receive a copy.
If you have purchased tickets for an event, those tickets will appear in your account for easy reassignment. Once a ticket is assigned, the guest receives a notification and copy of their ticket.

Pre-assigning tickets is very important to help the event organizer plan their table seating and catering. This also drastically cuts down on the amount of time it takes to check-in at the event.
How to assign tickets to guests after checkout
- Once you have purchased tickets, log in to your account on the fundraiser.
(Accounts are automatically created for all attendees, so your information is stored securely.)
- Option A: From your purchase confirmation email, click the button "My Account". If this link is still valid, you will be automatically logged in.

- Option B: From the fundraising page, click Log In in the top right corner. Enter your email to receive a link to log in.

- Note: For your security, login links can only be used once and expire after 6 hours. If your link has expired, you can request a new one by clicking the expired link.
- Option A: From your purchase confirmation email, click the button "My Account". If this link is still valid, you will be automatically logged in.
- From the fundraiser page, select your name in the top right corner to open the menu.

- In the menu, select My Tickets

- On the My Tickets page, you will see “Purchased Tickets” and “Assigned Tickets”.
- “Purchased Tickets” are all the tickets you purchased, regardless of who you assign them to. You will always see tickets you purchase here.
- “Assigned Tickets” are tickets that have been assigned to you by another purchaser.

- To assign tickets to guests, click the pencil icon to edit that ticket.
- Please note: Any required custom fields will need to be answered at this time.
- When a ticket is reassigned, an email will be sent to their email address notifying them of their ticket assignment. This email will include a login link for their own accounts to review their ticket.
- Please note: a guest cannot change the email address on their ticket. Email addresses are used to uniquely assign tickets to a guest, and guests cannot reassign tickets. Only the ticket purchaser can assign and reassign tickets.

- Hit “Save” to confirm your updates.
You have now assigned tickets to your guest!
