How to Set up Raiser’s Edge General Integration Settings

In this article, we’ll guide you through setting up the General Settings for the Raiser’s Edge integration.

  1. Go to the Main Dashboard
  2. Select Integrations from the menu on the left-hand side and choose Blackbaud
  3. Click Settings
  4. Navigate to General Integration Settings

    In this section, you can enable the Auto-sync checkouts feature. To activate the integration and sync transactions, you must turn on auto-sync. Once enabled, every transaction made on Trellis will automatically appear in your Raiser’s Edge account.

  5. Enable Auto-sync checkouts
  6. Click Save
