Setting up Items for Sale on Trellis

This article will walk you through the step-by-step process of adding and managing items for sale on your fundraiser.

How to Add Items for Sale

  • Open the Sidebar Settings icon on the left side of your page

  • Go to Items for Sale

  • Click Edit Items, then select Add Item

  • Fill in all item details — and don’t forget to include a picture

  • Press Save

On the Edit Items page, you can also:

  • Remove, reorder, or edit existing items using the icons on the right side

 

Configure Item Settings and Preview Your Page

  • Go to Edit Items Settings to adjust overall settings (including your Items Page Title)

  • Visit Item Page Preview to see how your item listings appear on your fundraiser

 

Add Items to Your Fundraiser Page

  • Click Main Menu in the top left corner to return to your main fundraising page

  • Click the blue “+” button

  • Select Donation Preview (used here to display item options)

  • Press Publish Changes to make your updates live
