Setting up Items for Sale on Trellis

This article will walk you through the step-by-step process of adding and managing items for sale on your fundraiser.

The Items for Sale feature lets you sell physical or experiential items directly through your fundraiser. You can add item details and photos, adjust display settings, and track sales through your fundraiser report.

How to Set Up Items for Sale

Add Items

  1. Open the Sidebar Settings icon on the left side of your page.
  2. Navigate to Items for Sale.
  3. Click Edit Items, then select Add Item.
  4. Fill in all item details and upload a photo.
  5. Click Save.

On the Edit Items page, you can also remove, reorder, or edit existing items using the icons on the right side.

Configure Settings and Preview

  1. Click Edit Item Settings to adjust overall settings, including your Items Page Title.
  2. Click Item Page Preview to see how your listings will appear to donors.

Add Items to Your Fundraiser Page

  1. Click the blue + button to add a section.
  2. Select Items Preview.

  3. To customize which items are displayed in your Items Preview section, click the settings button.

  4. Click Publish Changes to make your updates live.

Tracking Item Sales

Option 1: Overview 

  1. From your Dashboard click Results.

  2. Click Overview.

Option 2: All Transaction Report

  1. From your Dashboard click Results.
  2. Click Exports.
  3. Select your fundraiser in the top right.
  4. Click Export on All Checkouts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I control the order items appear on my fundraiser page?

Yes. On the Edit Items page, use the reorder icons on the right side of each item to adjust the display order.
