How the Image Uploader Works

The image uploader is the feature you use to upload images into your fundraiser. This article explains more about how it works.

If you want to upload an image to add to your fundraiser on Trellis, you would use the Image Uploader component. You access this component by clicking the target image area:

Once clicked, the image uploader will open. From here, you have the option to search Unsplash images to use for your fundraisers, or upload your own images:

To upload your own images, either click the grey square in the middle to open your computer's file folders, or drag an image file over the square (Accepted files: .jpg, .png).

Once images are uploaded, you will be able to select from them again in other places by going to Uploaded Images.

Important Notes:

  1. The Uploaded Images only shows images uploaded by you. It does not show images uploaded by other users on your account.
  2. If someone uploads images when using the Silent Auction Item Donation Form, those images will also appear in the cropper.
  3. You can only upload one image at a time.
  4. It is not possible to delete the image so the image card appears blank.
  5. There is currently no way to delete an image from your saved Uploaded Images after it has been uploaded.
