After your silent auction ends, Trellis automatically charges winning bidders and emails you a summary of the results. You can also export your auction data manually at any point, during or after the auction, using the steps below. ### **How to Export Your Auction Reports** #### **Automatic Report on Auction Close** Your silent auction ends automatically based on the end date and time you set in **Auction Settings**. Once it ends: - Winning bidders are notified and charged automatically - Organization Managers and Organization Contributors will receive an email from Trellis with a report of your auction results, including if any items are unpaid To set your auction start and end time, see [Setting Up Your Auction](https://help.trellis.org/setting-up-your-auction?hsLang=en). [Log in](https://app.trellis.org/login) to your Trellis account and go to your **Main Dashboard**. 2. In the left-hand menu, go to **Results \> Auctions**. 3. Choose a view: **Bids** shows the most recent bids on all items, with a filter to **Only Show Winners**. **Participants** lists everyone who joined the auction and shows who's placed a bid. 4.
