Your auction has ended and now it's time to wrap it up!
The silent auction will automatically end at the date and time set in the Auction Settings section.
When the auction ends, auction winners are notified and automatically charged to their saved credit card for their items. By auto-charging credit cards, we'll save you time following up with your winners! As soon as the payments are processed, you'll receive an email from Trellis with a report of your auction results.

Export your Auction Results
To pull an Auction Report at any time (during or after your auction) follow these instructions
- Login to your Trellis account and go to the Main Dashboard.
- In the left-hand column, click Results and then Auctions.
- Choose either Bids or Participants.
- Bids will show the most recent bids on all items. With this view, you can also filter to Only Show Winners.
- The Participants section shows all auction participants and indicates if they've placed any bids.
- Bids will show the most recent bids on all items. With this view, you can also filter to Only Show Winners.
- On both views, click the blue Export button to download your results.
Pro Tip: When exporting the Auction Bidding Report, confirm which details you'd like to see in the report.
