Your auction has ended and now its time to wrap it up!
First, let us show you what your donors receive when your auction ends.
Your silent auction ends automatically using the date and time you have set up as an end date/time. Our platform will try to process the winning bidder's payment once here are the email notifications they will receive.
If their payment goes through successfully:
Donate Now will only be available if you have enabled this option in your donation option settings.
If their payment didn't go through successfully:
You may use the message bidder found below to send them another email regarding their unpaid items.
Export your auction results
You have an Export button that you can download to your computer, send to your email or to a different email using two different formats CSV and Excel.
This is important to look at once your auction is over! Here is an example of a Won Bids Export.
Do you need a bidding history report? We also have that in our platform. To export this report please follow the following steps:
1. Go to Results --> Exports --> Select the fundraising page you want to export the report from
2. Click on that export button beside Bids. You have the option to select just the bidding history, just the won items or both.
